Army ROTC 2 Year General Scholarship

This scholarship is for college sophomores or juniors that are currently enrolled in classes at UNLV or CSNl.

The scholarship pays:

Full tuition plus mandatory fees

A $900 per year book allowance

A tax-free stipend based on academic status during the academic year ($300 per month for Freshmen, $350 per month for Sophomores, $450 for Juniors, and $500 for Seniors)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

High School Scholarships:

1. Be a US Citizen.
2. Be between the ages of 17 and 27
3. Have a GPA of at least 2.5
4. Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
5. Score a minimum of 920 on the SAT or a 19 composite on the ACT; not including the written portion of the test
6. Have no moral or personal conviction that will prevent you from:

   • Bearing arms
   • Supporting and defending the Constitution of the United States
7. Meet physical standards
8. Agree to accept a commission in the United States Army

Students must complete the leadership training course in order to receive the 2 year scholarship.
